Refund policy

At Onar Accessories, every creation is made with love and care by hand. If, however, there is a problem with your order, we are here to help.

Product Returns

You have the right to request a return or exchange of a product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, in accordance with Greek and European legislation on online shopping.

For a return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • It must not have been used or washed.
  • It must be accompanied by its packaging and any tags.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

As all Onar Accessories products are handmade, returns are not accepted on:

  • Personalized/custom orders
  • Special order products
  • Products that have been used or damaged after receipt
  • For hygiene reasons, scrunchies and hair accessories in general are not returned or replaced after purchase.
  • Promotional products
  • Gift Cards

Faulty or Wrong Products

If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending an email with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Photos of the product

In this case, the return and replacement costs are covered by Onar Accessories.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless:

  • Wrong product was shipped
  • The product was defective upon arrival

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the product, you will be notified via email that the return has been approved.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method used to purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and send the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved the returned product, please contact us at accessoriesonar@gmail.com.

Gift Cards

Onar Accessories Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.

Also:

  • There are no refunds for purchased Gift Cards.
  • Gift Cards are not exchangeable for cash.
  • In case of loss or theft of the gift card, Onar Accessories is not responsible for replacement or compensation.

By purchasing a Gift Card, the customer accepts the above terms.
