The Onar Accessories online store offers handmade crochet accessories. Any modifications to products, prices or these terms apply to orders placed after their posting.

2. Products

All products are handmade and may have slight variations in color, design or size. We make every effort to ensure that the photos and descriptions reflect our products as accurately as possible.

3. Orders

Upon completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Onar Accessories reserves the right to cancel or reject any order in the event of:

  • product unavailability,
  • incorrect price or description,
  • failure to process payment,
  • or suspicious activity.

4. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Any price changes apply to orders placed after they are posted and do not affect already confirmed orders.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped via BOX NOW within the estimated time frame indicated in the store. However, delays may occur due to shipping companies or periods of increased load.

Onar Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are made in accordance with the Onar Accessories Returns & Refunds Policy.

Gift Cards are not refundable or cancellable after purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All content of the online store, including photos, logos, designs, texts and branding, is the intellectual property of Onar Accessories and may not be copied or used without written permission.
